Vanilla DS soundtrack in caves

Some times, when mining in the caves, the "Work to be done" soundtrack from vanilla DS starts to play instead of Hamlet's soundtrack.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to caves, mine a stalagmite and it has a chance to happen.
Go to bugs
