The game randomly disabled my Xbox controller after a gameplay death/back to title screen. Keyboard and mouse was enabled instead with no option changes on my part. Reverted to controller settings, will update if it happens again on the next death.
Steps to Reproduce
Wilson dies; XP screen; click Main Menu, start new game, Xbox controller is set to disabled.
