Report reply Sicko Hog 2106 Posted October 17, 2018 I believe it's intentional. Digging up tall grass gives you regular grass tufts. If you plant them on the wavy savannah turf, you get tall grass. If you plant them anywhere else, you get normal grass. Considering the wavy savannah turf can't be transplanted, this seems intentional to me.
