After hammering a Pig Store, Town House, or Watch Tower in order to destroy the structure, the whole building regenerates immediately after the 3rd tier of destruction (12 hammer hits).
With the watch towers and town houses, accompanying pig NPCs will spawn with the structure's regeneration, thus allowing for regenerative spawning of Guard Pigs and Town Pigs.
