Mosquito sack fell in inaccessible area under lily pad

A frog killed a mosquito while in the water. The mosquito sack fell into the water in such a way that a lily pad blocked it from being retrieved. Other items may be able to fall into the water in an inaccessible area as well, but I didn't try it myself.
