Grass Tuft location after cutting Tall Grass

After cutting a Tall Grass to obtain Grass, 25-30% of the time the grass falls on the Tall Grass stump in such a way that it is nigh impossible to pick up. It would be much improved if it fell down a little farther away from the Tall Grass stump.
