Eggs no longer purchasable, and are now missing_name.

I tried to buy eggs from the deli shop and my game crashed when I loaded up the save I found that the eggs and fish steak/meat turned invisible and are not labeled missingname, if I ever tried to click on missingname or push space bar near it, it crashes the game again.

Are my eggs stuck like this and other produce gonna be stuck like this?
