WX-78 Takes No Damage From Wetness

WX takes damage during rain as normal, but takes no damage when wet from any other source (e.g. water balloons, fashion melon, ice cube), no matter how wet they become. They also stop taking damage immediately when rain ends, even if they are still soaked to 100% Wetness.
