WX doesn't get full damage reduction or stop emitting light spark while he equips full water resistance equipment.
Additionally, characters won't get hit by Charlie if they stand in the range of light spark, but their string of entering darkness/see light in the darkness won't display too.

Stand in rain as WX. Wear Eyebrella. Stand in darkness.
