Walking constantly in one direction

When I try to play a game with my friend, I play for about a minute and then it makes me walk in one direction forever, no input registers and I am forced to quit the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Steps to Reproduce
I was just walking and it started, we have tried it in multiple different games and modes and it happens.

Does this happen if you host your own world?

Some things to double check:
- If you are on a laptop with a mouse, ensure the track pad is disabled
- If you have any controllers plugged in, unplug them
- In the options screen, make sure Input Device says "Keyboard/Mouse"

 

Preform these following steps in order:
- Disable all client mods
- Close DST
- Verify your game files via steam https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335
- Launch DST
- Keep all client mods disabled
- Create a new world without any mods
- See if the issue still happens

If the problem persists then please attach your client_log.txt file located in \Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether to this bug report
