Unable to Run Dedicated Server on CentOS 7

ISSUE:

Whenever I try to start a server it gets to a point where it just fails with no useful error messages to debug further.

I've found several posts on here where users have had an issue running a dedicated server using CentOS 7, but no conclusions on how to fix it.
