The game starts to lag after a couple of hours of playing. Already tried the different options: -threaded_physics, -threaded_render and even -alternate_gc. If one disconnect and connect again, the lags dissapear, but return again after a couple of hours.

Usually my game gets very choppy and frames start dropping the more I uncover in the map. The further I explore, the worse it gets. I'm on day 227 currently, and that's usually as far as I can get before the server becomes unplayable (skipping around, teleporting, etc)
