If you have an NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon graphics card installed, try forcing your graphics card to run Don’t Starve Together instead of your Intel G33/31 card. You can do that by going into either the NVIDIA or AMD control panel and setting the game to be played using the card.

If not, your best next step is to contact Steam Support for a possible refund due to system incompatibility.
