Text characters broken while setting options

When you change 'Small textures' option settings to 'Enabled', all the characters of language except English break out and displayed as ? in Browse game screen.

Steps to Reproduce
On Windows7 64bit OS follow the description in text.
Go to bugs

@Zinglon "except English" ? Do you perhaps have a language mod turned on? If yes, then I believe this issue should be reported directly to the mod creator of that language mod. That their mod breaks when small textures is enabled.

Unfortunately, Unicode characters are currently not supported in small texture mode for DST.
