Stuck on loading screen when joining game

When my friend tries to join any game, her screen gets stuck in loading screen and says not responding even though her character is in game and tells us shes connected.

In order for us to investigate this further, we will need your friend to post about the issue and provide us their DxDiag.txt as well as their client_log.txt files. They will be able to generate their DxDiag.txt file by following the steps here: http://support.kleientertainment.com/customer/portal/articles/2503104

And they can find their client_log.txt file in their documents folder at Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\client_log.txt
