On semi-rare occasions, my client (connected to a dedicated server) crashes when I'm migrating between shards. (No idea what causes it, it might be a mod, might be the unfixed iCloud incompatibility; that's not the issue). What annoys me about this is that game misdetects this as a "crash on startup", and disables all client mods, forcing me to re-enable them.
(EDIT: I noticed a crashlog timestamped 16:20, where, according to the stacktrace of the crashed thread, the issue occurred when allocating a texture - which is a possibility, playing DST at 1440p pushes the Intel Iris close to the limit, to the point where a mod with textures, or increased load from other processes in the system - Chrome, etc. - might be enough to push it over.)
*glances at client log* - ends at around 3 hours. Now that's some seriously long startup
Connect to a game, generate crash on worldmigration. Observe the game on relaunch.
