Sometimes loading gets stuck on "portal" splash screen (no entry effect) when reloading a saved game (LAN)

(will attempt to get a log the next time it happens)

Steps to Reproduce
- Happens when not all the players from the original LAN game are not joined - Also happens occasionally when a mod is removed and then a new player joins - Seems to happen more when my shotty wifi gets disconnected midway through the loading phase (I'm on a boat, playing with another vessel across the way)

I've since confirmed this was because i put the game into c:\Games\Don't Starve Together from the steam client installer, since installing again to the default folder i no longer get this issue
