Some translated sentences are not shown above when playing on someone else's server

I have a mod that converts the language to Vietnamese, when there is an update of Reap What You Sow, I discovered that some of the character's lines are still in English while the translated file has been translated, in this case I to someone else's host (creating your own host is still Vietnamese). Especially the lines for plants.
I tried using the Chinese available in the game's Options to test, but it is still English (although in the translated po file).
