Snow disappeared

So I were playing Don't starve with completely normal settings, everything were completely normal (except I found a tree in the ocean???) and I had just entered winter season, day 22. There was snow covering the ground and my stuff, and then suddenly BOOM! The snow is all gone, just suddenly disappeared out of existance. I got pictures on my steam profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198263521918/home. As you can see it's day 22 WITH snowbirds but NO snow. What the hell did just happen?

Steps to Reproduce
I have absolutely no idea what can have caused this. I were just playing completely normal and then suddenly all snow disappeared.

Did the snow come back later?

I believe it's possible that in the first/last few days snow disappeares and appeares again if the temperature get a bit warmer.
