Skin doesn't load correctly, and log in take too much time

1. As you can't see here, I got all my skins but my character appear to have no skins at all. The same problem if I want craft tragic torch, I will always get normal torch skin.

2. Very laggy when it comes to hosting, joining or even logging into the server.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in took forever 2. Skin doesn't load when in-game
Go to bugs
