Silken Grand Armor [+50 HP]

When equipped on Maxwell instead of getting a total of 125 hp it gives 118 hp. Is it trying to calculate +50% and not a static 50hp?

Steps to Reproduce
Be Maxwell Live to the point where Silken Armor Drops Live Long Enough to Equip Said Armor Cry as HP isn't correct
Go to bugs
