Server crashes when you set GLOBAL.MAXITEMSLOTS to 0

If you have a mod which reduces the maximum inventory slots to zero, then the game will crash on a non-cave server.


If it's on a cave-enabled server, it won't let you re-host the server once you disconnect.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a mod. Put GLOBAL.MAXITEMSLOTS = 0 in modmain.lua. Host a non-cave server with the mod enabled. Type c_save() into the console. Type c_rollback(0) into the console. Receive crash.
