sanity check in scenario chests

In chest_ghosts.lua and chest_insanity.lua , if the trap is triggered the player loose sanity.
But somehow a ghost trap was triggered by a pig and because it has no sanity compnent, the game crashed.

So you have to add a check for components and sanity before trying to change sanity.
