Random Portrait - Wrong Portrait

"Random" is showing as random.tex, instead of random_none.tex
This is because of recent changes to the skin system, that caused it to prioritise X.xml over X_none.xml
This could be fixed by changing random.xml to point to random_none.tex and it's associated element.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a server 2. On character select, hover over Random 3. Observe portrait on the right

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Should be noted that this is likely because the "random" character isn't skinnable.

Thus this happens to nearly every character mod as well.
