Random electricity

In an old world I sometimes see electricity occuring randomly after rain, even tho there is nothing that could be electrified.

It could be connected to that I sometimes saw a lonely eyeplant near there, maybe?

Steps to Reproduce
I have no idea... Just a simple old world, without any mods.

It's the dreaded 0,0,0 spot. Basically when the game doesn't know where to place something (in this case the effect of a goat being charged) it defaults to x = 0, y = 0, z = 0 coordinates. Same thing can sometimes happen with eyeplants, but in either case (volt goats or lureplants) I have no idea how to replicate it. Hopefully this information will help solving the bug though.
