Random connection problems for clients

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am mostly wondering if anyone could take a look at my server-side log to see if there is anything on my side. For some unknown reason certain players cannot connect to my server (connection timeout). I see no pattern to it. Sometimes they cannot connect from a Steam invitation and finding the world in the browser works. Sometimes they join, play for a time, then leave to do something away from their computer and rejoining is impossible or takes several attempts. I do not think it is connected with any mod; the setup is stable and we have been using it for nearly a year now. My firewall should not bug either, I use the default port 10999. Normally c_connect("83.238.230.254") works, now it is all random. Quite inconvenient. We looked at this with @PanAzej, nothing seems amiss. Him having issues connecting is quite perplexing since we are located within not much of a distance. For example on Monday, he couldn't connect, but @Fortie did without problems - and we are separated by an ocean...

I would be very grateful if someone, either a developer or a modder, took a look at it. I am attaching the client log of mine and the server one (from the master cluster of our server). Thank you in advance.

Steps to Reproduce
Start a server on ANR with the setup detailed by the log. Randomly, players cannot connect.
