Fiz todo o possível, desinstalei e instalei de novo, vi inúmeros fóruns, apaguei arquivos, usei a ferramenta de verificação de erro da steam e absolutamente nada deu certo.

I did everything possible, uninstalled and reinstalled, numerous forms, deleted files, used a steam error checking tool and absolutely nothing worked.
