Performance Issue

I get the same problems. Specs:

i7 4720hq 2.6 ghz

16 GB RAM

GTX 960m 2GB

Windows 8.1

 

The 960m is a rebranded 860m but overclocked, so there might be a trend with our cards?

I found a temporary fix. I went to nvidia control panel and switched to integrated graphics for this game.

Wow. Thanks for solution. I can play 60 fps for now with integrated graphic card. It's weird. And sorry for late reply. I thought no one gonna help. 

It only works for beginning of game. After 20 - 30 min fps drops to 30 again.

Do you have Minimap HUD mod enabled? It can indeed do that. Closing the minimap or changing its Update throttling setting helps.

Omg thank you so much. I tried it with mid game with lots of mods but without minimap and straigth 60fps. Ty again.
