Ahhh, okay, that's the Firefox page inspector you're looking at that bottom. 

From the message at the bottom of the window it looks like you're having a problem forming an HTTPS connection to our servers. If you're connected through a VPN I'd suggest disabling that. You might also want to check your firewall settings. Most likely something is misconfigured in your operating system, or antivirus software possibly, but it's also possible that your internet service provider is having connectivity problems.
