My Skin Got Disappeared

Hello, I was playing with my friends and when I'd just received a backpack skin my internet connection gone bad and I got disconnected. When it came back I still had the gift button and nothing was happening when I click on it but I still got my backpack skin which I received as the gift. Then I exit and re-entered the game but the gift icon was gone and my backpack was gone, too. Can you please fix it ?
