[MISSING SKINS BUG] Skins for DST won't work in Russia

Character skins won't show. I don't even see them in game while I am online.

I can join online server but skins won't work even there!

I am in Moscow Russia.

P.S. some russian pidors providers blocked random ip adresses to deal with telegram messager... I think there is some link with that.

Simply try to equip character skins in Russia
Go to bugs
