Meat Effigy on the ground doesn't work underground

Hi!

I'm accidentally died in ruins and noticed, that I can't resurrect with my meat effigies. 

 

Game: Don't Starve Together

Hosted: by me (non-dedicated server)

Mods: none

Steps to Reproduce
placed meat effigies on the ground, died in caves
Go to bugs

Hi! This is as designed. Meat Effigies are not connected between Forest and Caves, however, you can be attuned to one in the Forest and another one in the Caves at the same time.

Also, if you travel back to the Forest as a ghost, you should still be able to activate the Meat Effigy there.
