Long login time + failing to download item collection

First, it takes a really long time to log in (about 3-5 minutes)1.thumb.jpg.5ac36a01d8a6a90c57033f4490110e99.jpg


Then the main menu looks different from what it normally looks like. It doesn't even show any skins under Recent Discoveries.

 Going into item collection greets me with this message:

Pressing Yes brings up another really long loading with the same result as on the screenshot above.4.jpg.74430b9937c62d6f0760218d8529b7fa.jpg

Yesterday I logged in (for the daily drop) at first just fine, but later, after about 7 hours, this issue started appearing and it still persists today.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch the game (takes a long time to log in), go into item collection, fail to download item collection.

It gives me ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
However, if I go to this page with VPN on, it says OK, which has no effect on the game.
So I'm guessing this issue has something to do with my country and will resolve itself with time eventually, that's usually how it goes.

I found a temporary solution! I can launch the game and log in using my mobile data wi-fi and then switch to home wi-fi after logging in. So yes, this issue is definitely caused by provider.

Looks like this issue finally solved itself. It took a over a week, but now I can log in and get skins without any problems.
