Lazy Deserter Teleport resets godmode

you lose godmode once you dissapear (and reappear), that works like that with lazy explorer, telelocation staff, wormholes (giant tentacles) and cave entrances

and although it's well explained by teleportation logic (you practically die and your copy goes one living instead of you), this is just how the game works
