"killed" event triggers multiple times for an entity

When multiple attackers fire projectiles to an entity at the same time and cause its death, the "killed" event triggers multiple times. 

Steps to Reproduce
I have many mobs that can do ranged attack with projectile. They fire at almost the same time to a nearly-dead spider and kill it, then the "killed" event triggers many times.

Status: Pending

This issue has not been confirmed by a developer yet.

It's the one used by walrus. I give my mobs ranged attack by the same way as cave spitter: add inventory and create ranged weapon on the fly.
