Key re-binding does not work

I remapped the Map key to Tab and it indicates Tab has been selected but after applying changes, it does not retain the binding.  Pressing Tab continues to open the scoreboard.

Steps to Reproduce
Settings > Map > Select Tab > Appy > Exit Go into game and press Tab.
Go to bugs
