I'll just keep this short, see picture

Also killing yourself does not fix the problem (You'll just become ghost that can fly around the Sea)

I managed to fix this by killing my self and using Life Giving Amulet though (With help of a friend)

Can anyone tell me other way to fix this problem ?

Steps to Reproduce
Planting Spider Egg at the edge of map
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Follow up question:

Is there any command that can make us teleport when we stuck ? I think i saw this somewhere in the patch note but i'm not sure

@LionelWinchester yes, you can enter the following command while standing as close as possible to the land edge: 

/rescue

This should be entered in the Chat box, (default Y) and not in console. I hope that helps, cheers.
