I've got this game tonight and have tried everything to create the account and I couldn't! It gives this message code E INVALID STEAM TICKET

What should I do?

The E_INVALID_STEAM_TICKET error is indicated when something happens in the background while Steam is trying to connect your game to our servers.Try restarting your computer, try connecting using a wired (not wireless) internet connection, and create an account once more.
