Similar to the torch bug, but with amulets.
inst.components.fueled:SetFirstPeriod(TUNING.TURNON_FUELED_CONSUMPTION, TUNING.TURNON_FULL_FUELED_CONSUMPTION)
^This was used in the torch to fix the bug, so it or something similar for TUNING should also be used on the amulets as well.
Affected amulet colours: Yellow, Blue, Purple.
Steps to Reproduce
Put on and then off a yellow/blue/purple amulet at any durability relatively quickly and it will never deplete. Can stack this by using two amulets for infinite amulet effect uptime.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
