In-game skins drops not appearing in my inventory.

I collected three drops this week. The latter two never showed up in my inventory. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

The first item was a Tweed Waistcoat

The second item was a Lumberjack Shirt

Steps to Reproduce
Im not sure how to reproduce this I was on a idle godmode world.
