Honey spice doesn't work on werebeaver in certain cases.

It seems Honey spices doesn't work in this cases I've found:

-mining stone fruits as werebeaver.

-every digging actions (i.e. grave, tree stump, etc.)

I'm not sure this is intended or not, though.

Steps to Reproduce
Eat Honey spiced dish and dig as werebeaver.
Go to bugs

About Stone Fruits: It's pretty likely that 1x gnaw from Werebeaver is way less strong compared to 1x hit from a Pickaxe. Thus eating Honey spice will multiply his mining strength by 2, but since the mining strength on Stone Fruits is rounded down (unless it's already 1), you'll get only 1x Stone Fruit per gnaw.
