game won't start

Hi all,

30-12 i bought the game on steam including an extra copy for a friend. I gave it to my son and he tries to run it on his laptop. But everytime he tries to start it, it crashes immediately. There's no log file.

I tried the usual support, but to no avail :(

has anyone another idea with what is going on?

Looking through your DxDiag, unfortunately, the laptop's graphics card – Intel HD Graphics 530 – only supports 128 MB of dedicated RAM. Don't Starve Together requires 256 MB or higher in order to launch and run the game. 

Do you happen to have another computer that meets or surpasses the game's system requirements? If not, your best, next step is to contact Steam Support directly https://help.steampowered.com/en/ for a possible refund due to system – in this case GPU – incompatibility. Steam Support will be able to provide support with this promptly.
