Game non playable (biomes glitch/walk on water)

I recently purchased Don't Starve Together to play online with a friend and initially we were able to play normally. However, one day after the purchase the game started to present problems in loading the biomes. This happens when we log into any server, including those created by one of us. In these servers, some biomes do not appear and some elements like trees, flowers, rabbits, etc. appear normally at sea. Sometimes my friend and I don't seem to be in the same biome (I see a normal savanna, but he see rabbits on the sea).

I have already uninstalled and installed the game, but the problem has not been resolved.

I really appreciate if someone help us to solve this problem, because it is impossible to play like this. We have already looked for the solution in several places, but we have not found it.

Could someone please let me know how I can refund my purchase? Because I spent money, the game doesn't work and the developers didn't give me a solution to solve this problem.
