If you have either a) upgraded/updated Windows 10 recently or b) updated your AMDRadeon graphics card, try the troubleshooting steps in the link provided to resolve the issue: http://support.kleientertainment.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2584491 Should the issue persist, please provide us with your most recent client_log.txt file. Thank you for the response! I have tried reinstalling DXRedist and VCRedist, but not the C++ Redistributable. I shall try that and get back to you.
