Friend Can't Boot Up Game For First Time

Simply put, the game crashes upon even trying to load up.  Re-installing did not fix the issue, and the crash log doesn't seem to be providing much evidence to what's wrong.  Obviously, I cannot replicate the issue, but he can.

Thank you for providing the logs.

This issue happens because of another program running that is preventing DST from acquiring the display device or rendering resources. RivaTuner Statistics Server is the most recent culprit we are aware of. Please make sure your friend does not have this running. If that does not help then have him start shutting down applications until DST can run.

PS. make sure your friends video card drivers are fully updated too.
