Error E_STEAMID_IN_USE on DST

I was playing on my laptop and it told me to create an account in game. I put in my email and age and it came up with 'Error Code E_STEAMID_IN_USE'.

I tried re-opening the game but it popped up again.

I saw another post about the same thing so I put my client_log.txt file in the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the game and click Play.
Go to bugs

Nevermind, it was something to do with the Wifi of where I was playing at and how they stop online connections. Sorry for the inconvenience, all is working at home.
