Dualsense ps5 controller-Steam - Solverd

I just bought a dualsense ps5 cotroller to play don't starve together on my Macbook Pro M1, the problem is that Steam recognises the controller but not the game, I can use the controler on Big picture mode and on the overlay menu on the game but thats it. The device input is grayed out with the keyboard option and the controller is wired so I really don't know what to do.

Well I don't know if it will help anyone but now it works but it's recognized as an xbox controller.

1. Enable the Playstation configuration support and the generic gamepad configuration support

2. bluetooth should be turned off or not paired with the controller

3. Go to properties of the game and in controller set Use default settings

4. Run the game :)

It will detect it as xbox controller but it works

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start steam

2. Start Big Picture Mode

3. Find the game and press Play

Go to bugs

I tried all of these "solutions" nothing worked. I still can not use my PS5 controller to play Dont Starve on my MacBook Pro using Steam.

Same issues reported as creator of the thread. I hope soon an update will happen and Ill be able to use my new controller to play the game.
