DST USB interference

Don't Starve Together is causing all of my USB ports to cycle rapidly on and off. I have no idea why the game would even have access to something like that, but since my internet connection is USB, I can't play online at all. Or do anything else for that matter. All I have to do is open the game for it to start happening, and it stops the moment I close it.

Run the game.
Go to bugs

Correction: I can run the game, but any time it tries to access the internet my usb ports go into a reset cycle until the game fails to connect (or stops trying).

So it's been a month with no response. I paid for a game that doesn't work at all. You stole my money.
