Don't stave has run out of memory ?

I have 2.7 GB available ? So um ? Yea ? I am trying to join my friends modded server . And it tells me Don't stave has run out of memory and must be shut down. I jump into a custom and start adding 1 by 1 mod and i can only have 5 mods i think ? So whats up ? How do i fix this please help !

Welcome to the forums.

It is possible that one of your enabled mods is currently not compatible with the game's version and/or works only on the host/server and crashes the client.

You could try:

- look at mods' comments/discussions if someone has similar issues

- attach your client_log.txt after the crash occurs, it could help pinpoint which mod is causing it (it can be found at Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\client_log.txt on PC)

- try to identify which mod is causing it by enabling only one mod at a time

And all of my friends play on the server with no problem

Would it be possible to attach your whole client_log.txt so it contains (among other things) list of all enabled mods and their messages while they are being loaded?

Due to the server being modded, the "out of memory" issue is most likely being caused by a memory leak due to broken mod(s).

Please post your full client_log.txt file for us. Also, try fully removing your mods (and unsubscribing them from the workshop), try joining an unmodded server to see if you run into the same issues when there are no mods being loaded up.
