don't see my dedicated server in server browser anymore

Server browser shows only servers that have the same version as the client.

There was an update today. Make sure both the server and the client are up to date.

Yes, there was only updating of DST but i still haven't recieved it for Don't Starve Together Dedicated Server. So I think you're right 

There was an error with the Windows dedicated server package version, which has been fixed now.

Try verifying integrity of local files - right click on DST > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache. Same with DST Dedicated Server. Note: this will overwrite mods/dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua, so you might want to back it up.

Ok, i verified integrity of game cash for both DST and DST dedicated server. Now version of DST is 1016610 and version of DST dedicated server is 1016607. Next i started StartDSTServers.bat file, server browser didn't find my server again, tried console command  c_connect("ip", port, "password") and this time it emerged the window with "The server is on a different version than you. Why can't we all just get along?"
